Shipping policy

1. SHIPPING TIMES

Processing Time: Orders are prepared and handed over to the courier within 24–48 hours following confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time for USA Shipments: For express shipments to the United States, the estimated delivery time is 3 to 6 business days after your package has been dispatched.

Note: Deliveries to remote/rural locations, high-volume seasonal periods, or customs clearance delays may cause minor variations in this timeframe.

2. SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are calculated in real time and displayed on the checkout page.
Free shipping may apply for orders exceeding a specified threshold. (The minimum qualifying amount is subject to change based on active promotional campaigns.)

3. ORDER TRACKING

Once your package is dispatched, a Tracking Code will be sent to your registered email address. You can monitor the status of your shipment in real time using this tracking number via the carrier's website.

4. DELIVERY ADDRESS & RECIPIENT INFORMATION

Your orders are delivered to the address provided during checkout. If no one is available at the address, the carrier may leave a delivery notice, request collection from a local facility, or attempt a redelivery according to standard carrier protocols. Address modification requests must be submitted to info@lumivelabs.com before the order status reaches the "Processing" stage.

5. DAMAGED PACKAGES

We strongly recommend inspecting the outer packaging for any visible damage (crushing, tearing, broken seals, etc.) upon arrival.

If the outer packaging exhibits significant damage, please photograph the package prior to opening and report the issue to info@lumivelabs.com within 48 hours of receipt to initiate an expedited claim or replacement process.
